His vision is to develop and empower entrepreneurs to meet and exceed their economic needs. Kobus’ unique approach to mentorship helps entrepreneurs develop and live by ethical values and principals, enabling them to be role models in the marketplace and to bring about transformation in their communities. Kobus is a trained mentor with Paradigm Shift, an international non-profit organisation that seeks to empower SMEs and reduce poverty through mentorship and accessible training programmes, and a member of the Benoni Chamber of Commerce.
